A current Handicap ID (GHIN) number issued through an authorized golf club is required and must meet the championship requirement at the time of entry submission.
The USGA accepts an up-to-date Handicap Index issued from authorized national and regional associations around the world, that would be equivalent to a Handicap Index within the prescribed limit for entry into the championship.
