The instructions below are for players who need to create a single account.
How to create an individual player account
1. Go to https://champ-admin.usga.org/player#/apply.
2. Click Sign-up located at the top of the Apply to Play page.
3. Enter Player information in the required fields and click Register.
4. A validation e-mail will be sent to the provided e-mail address. Click the Verify email address link to verify your e-mail.
After verifying your e-mail, you will receive an Account Confirmation e-mail. Note: If you do not receive the validation e-mail within five minutes please check your spam/junk email folder. If the e-mail is not found in your spam/junk folder, add [email protected] as a safe sender for your email provider. Click Don’t remember your password on the Championship Application pop-up.
5. You can log in by clicking Sign-in on the pop-up that was displayed after you registered or click Sign-in at the top of the Apply to Play page.
6. To log, in enter your e-mail, password and click Log In. Note: If you have forgotten your password you can click Don’t remember your password.
