A No-Show is applied to any player who fails to formally withdraw from a qualifier prior to the beginning of the qualifier. Tiered level of offenses for players who No-Show are as follows:
1st No-Show – warning message sent from USGA
2nd No-Show – suspended from same championship for the following year
3rd No-Show – suspended from all championships for the following year
